These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of TimeTransfers digital communications products, including eSIM profiles, regional or global data packages, and Pay-As-You-Go (“PAYG”) balances. By placing an order, activating an eSIM, or accessing our platform you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Parties and definitions

The service provider is TimeTransfers OÜ, Erika tn 14-208, Tallinn, 10416, Estonia (reg. no. 14223554) (“TimeTransfers”, “we”). The “Customer”, “you”, or “user” refers to the individual purchasing products on timetransfers.com or its localized sites. “Products” means digital connectivity services such as eSIMs, mobile data packages, or PAYG balances delivered electronically.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into contracts, and ensure that purchasing and using our products is lawful in your country of residence and destination. You represent that the information provided during checkout is accurate and up to date.

3. Service description

TimeTransfers aggregates telecom capacity from licensed carriers and delivers it as:

All products are delivered over eSIM technology via QR codes or direct installation. We do not provide voice or SMS services unless expressly stated. Network availability, speed, latency, and fair-use conditions depend on partner carriers and local infrastructure.

4. Ordering process

Orders are placed through our website or approved sales channels. Once payment is confirmed, we send delivery instructions (usually instantly, and no later than 24 hours). You are responsible for reviewing product details—including coverage, validity, and data allowance—before confirming the purchase. Orders cannot be transferred to third parties without our written consent.

5. Pricing, currency, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing to reflect carrier changes, exchange rates, or taxes. Payments are processed through certified providers such as Stripe and PayPal, and we accept the major cards and wallets listed at checkout. Top-ups and PAYG deposits are charged in the currency displayed during checkout. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

6. Delivery, activation, and validity

Products are delivered digitally and deemed fulfilled once an eSIM profile or top-up instruction is issued. Single-destination, regional, and global packages typically must be activated within 180 days of purchase, but some promotional offers may specify shorter windows—always review the package card before buying. PAYG balances remain valid as long as at least one chargeable session occurs every 365 days. Failure to activate or use a product within the stated window results in expiration without refund.

7. Device compatibility

You must ensure that your device is carrier-unlocked and supports the relevant radio bands and eSIM technology. A non-exhaustive compatibility list is available in our help centre, but you remain solely responsible for confirming compatibility. No refunds are issued for purchases made for incompatible or locked devices.

8. Usage rules and fair use

Our products are intended for legitimate personal or business travel connectivity. You must not resell access, engage in abusive tethering, run high-volume server workloads, mine cryptocurrency, send spam, or break any applicable law. PAYG balances are for reasonable traveler usage only. We may suspend or throttle service to protect our network or comply with carrier-imposed fair-use policies.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Digital items are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, we may grant a refund or replacement when (i) the product cannot be activated due to a technical issue within our control, and you cooperate with troubleshooting, (ii) a purchased package (single destination, regional, or global) becomes unavailable before activation, or (iii) you cancel before we deliver the eSIM profile or top-up instructions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. We do not reimburse usage consumed before a fault is reported.

10. PAYG balances and expirations

PAYG funds are denominated in the currency displayed at checkout. Data usage deducts from the available balance based on the destination rate published on our site at the time of the session. Accounts with no data activity for 365 consecutive days may be terminated and balances forfeited, in line with carrier requirements.

11. Promotions, coupons, and trials

Promotional codes, demo plans, or complimentary balances are subject to additional conditions communicated alongside the offer. They cannot be redeemed for cash, and we may modify or withdraw a promotion at any time. Abuse or sharing of single-use coupons will result in cancellation.

12. Support and incident handling

Our support team is available via email and in-dashboard messaging. You must provide screenshots, device logs, and reasonable assistance to help us diagnose issues. We may temporarily suspend service if you decline to cooperate with an investigation into fraud, security, or regulatory matters.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeTransfers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

14. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, power outages, carrier failures, embargoes, war, or regulatory interventions.

15. Amendments

We may amend these Terms to reflect product enhancements, regulatory changes, or new features. Updated Terms will be published on this page with the “Last updated” date, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email when practicable.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to any consumer protection rights in your country of residence. You may also raise a complaint with your local consumer authority.
